ABOT ONE Box Opener
ABOT ONE provides cost effective automated box opener for rates up to 600 boxes
per hour. The ONE model includes three zones of powered conveyor that
can be safely fed manually or
automatically by conveyor. The feed height is thirty six inches
plus or minus two inches. Total end to end length is one hundred and
thirty
seven inches.
On the new generation three models, the outside feed zones with the safety enclosures are removable. One simple plug-in connection is all that is required for each of the wings. The main body is about five and a halve feet square and includes fork pockets for easy and safe movement. Optional casters can be added to provide a mobile solution allowing ABOT to be manually moved to different processing locations. ABOT ONE features the same high precision servo performance as on the high end ABOT DUO and Magnum. ABOT’s controller has powerful interface and external control capabilities for optional check weigh and sortation functions.
